Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1532. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute be adopted?" The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) Expressing the legislature's support for sale of a portion of Alaska's North Slope natural gas for electrical generation to power data centers within the North Slope Borough, pass the Senate?"
